FilePriv services are currently operating normally.
Service Status
The following services make up the main FilePriv platform and are currently available.
FilePriv Website
The FilePriv website and primary user interface are available.
File Conversion
File uploads, conversion processing, background jobs, and generated results are available.
Private Notes
Private note creation, temporary storage, access, and automatic expiration are available.
Metadata Cleaner
Image metadata processing and cleaned file generation are available.
Pro Payments
Pro payment requests and payment processing are available.
Pro Access
Pro access activation and access-token services are available.
File Processing
FilePriv uses background processing for supported file operations. This allows conversion and processing jobs to be handled independently after an upload has been received.
Individual processing requests can still fail because of unsupported formats, invalid files, corrupted input, or other conditions affecting a particular request. A system being operational does not mean every individual file is guaranteed to process successfully.
Maintenance and Service Conditions
FilePriv may occasionally perform maintenance, software updates, infrastructure changes, or other operational work required to maintain the reliability and security of the platform.
Temporary interruptions or degraded performance may occur during these periods. When a significant service issue is identified, the relevant service status can be updated accordingly.

This page provides a general overview of FilePriv's operational condition. It is designed to give users a quick indication of whether the major parts of the service are functioning normally.
Individual requests may still encounter problems even when the overall service is operational. Network issues, browser problems, unsupported files, invalid input, payment-provider conditions, or other circumstances can affect individual requests independently of the general platform status.
